1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KwotzSpace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Your Account
You must verify your email address before you can sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
3. Google Account Sign-In
You may sign in using your Google account. When you do, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this information solely to create and manage your KwotzSpace account. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, drive, or any other Google services. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
4. Content
Quotes displayed on KwotzSpace are sourced from public domain or attributed sources. Custom designs you create using our tools belong to you. By uploading or creating content, you grant KwotzSpace a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
The KwotzSpace name, logo, and design are the property of KAKEL ENTERPRISES. Quote text is attributed to original authors and remains in the public domain where applicable. You may not use KwotzSpace branding without written permission.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not: scrape, reproduce, or redistribute KwotzSpace content at scale without permission; use the platform to harass others or distribute harmful or illegal content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or our systems; use automated tools to access the service without our consent.
7. Third-Party Services
KwotzSpace integrates with third-party services including Google (authentication), Supabase (data storage), and Unsplash (background images). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Limitation of Liability
KwotzSpace is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of KwotzSpace after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KAKEL ENTERPRISES operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
